Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid to AgentiveTech in the past 12 months for the Service (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentiveTech is established. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
